Yes, the hotel is right behind "Mall Del Norte", if weather is not too harsh you can even walk to the closest entrance.

Do they offer free breakfast?

Yes pretty good for hotel breakfast!

do you accept pets?

Yes I believe they do. I saw a couple of dogs during my stay.

What time is breakfast during the week?

From 6 to 10

During happy hour are you allowed only 2 well drinks for the night?

No, what is offered is limited to certain drinks.
